Semi-finished products processing
The woods we work for semi-finished products are:
- - chestnut
- - durmast
- - ash tree
The process to work semi-finished products is always performed on our main saw line, where all the trunks are sawn, and then we start the planks production.
After the due checks, the sawntimber is stored in the yard and then carried to the oven to obtain a 8-10% humidity.
The boards are passed into the trimming machine, where the first selection of the material is carried out. Thereafter, each plank pass to the optimizing saw, where the elements are created on customer's specifications.
Each item is checked and placed in the proper package depending on the requested length and width.
