Beads, covers
Our bead production has two covering solutions: for attic with essences of Chestnut, Durmast, Larch and Fir, for floors with Chestnut and Durmast woods.
As for Chestnut and Durmast beads, which are used both for the attic and for the flooring, the production starts from the wood maturation in the yard, later dried in the furnace.
Each plank is trimmed and then divided between first choice (the best quality) and rustic material, in order to give the customer a wider choice.
The planks are produced on customer's request based on standard lengths and widths [min.:10 - max .: 18] and stored in the warehouse.
The processing passes to the planing step, made with special machines that, starting from the plank, produce the male-female joints, then each bead is controlled according to the required quality.
The production realize Chestnut and Durmast Beads of the highest quality and finishing to achieve the maximum laying perfection.
